Nick Robertson has sold £46 million in shares in the business he co-founded to help fund the High Court decreed divorce settlement to his ex-wife. The sale of the tranche of 1.30 million shares represents around 1.6 per cent of the business and caused the share price to dip by more than two per cent on the 26th May. All in all not a great month for Robertson who must also have been saddened by the demise of the Austin Reed business which was founded by his great grandfather.
