Dunelm has announced the appointment of Nick Wilkinson who will join the multichannel retailer in February replacing John Browett who resigned in August. Wilkinson joins from Evans Cycles where he held the role of CEO for five years. Prior to that he was CEO for Maxeda DIY, a Benelux DIY products retailer, and has also held the role of group buying director at Dixons.
Dunelm chairman Andy Harrison said “We are confident that Nick’s proven business leadership and track record will help us to deliver our ambitious plans for growth in market share and creation of substantial value for shareholders.”
