Keystone Software, the company behind the Khaos Control order
management software suite has unveiled a number of new
developments, including a new iPhone/iPad order-taking app,
completely separate from Khaos Control, which uses its own
database designed to take orders while away from the main
office.
Other developments include integration with Amazon, eBay and
Play.com marketplaces and a new mobile dashboard functionality,
which allows for HTML reports to be built using a data report
defined in Khaos Control. Keystone has also developed a warehouse
handheld solution that supports booking goods into warehouse
locations for put-away as well as outgoing picks.
ECMOD exhibitor Prism DM has also released new services,
including Spectrum, a customer and order management system.
Targeted at international multichannel retailers, the web-based
system supports any currency, country or localisation
requirements. It is fully integrated with clients’ existing Prism
warehouse management software across North America and the
UK.
The first client to be migrated to the new platform is apparel
retailer Long Tall Sally, which benefits from visibility of all
customers in all trading markets and channels; visibility of
stock in all global locations shown with local variants and
descriptions; multiple delivery options based on local and
customer preference; rapid order entry flow with context
sensitive prompts; upsell and cross-sell prompts based on
customer and client preferences, and more.
Further, in conjunction with Prism’s latest EPoS software
released during the summer, clients with bricks-and-mortar
outlets can also now handle queries from direct customers
including returns in-store, with all actions recorded directly
into Spectrum for visibility by contact centre agents.
Prism has also launched the Shop Despatch System allowing
customer orders to be despatched from any till point where stock
is not available in the warehouse.
