L’Occitane International S.A. has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ELEMIS, for $900 million from Steiner Leisure Limited.
Elemis, founded in 1990 is the UK’s number one natural skincare brand.

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019.
