Empathy Holdings, an eCommerce technology company, has announced the acquisition of intelligent search solution Apisearch. With this new addition, the Asturias-based group with international reach improves its offering of digital products for eCommerce and meets the needs of medium-large brands, offering a flexible, ethical, AI search solution.
Online stores already using the Apisearch solution will benefit from multisite tooling, greater personalisation of the search layer, and improved metrics, as well as from access to the ecosystem of Open Innovation (oi.empathy.co), which fortifies all products and brands within Empathy Holdings.
