Farrow and Ball ramps up international capabilities


British wallpaper and paint brand Farrow & Ball is increasing its
focus on international sales and has relaunched its website,
designed, built and hosted on BT Fresca’s FrescaCommerce
platform.

Farrow & Ball’s products are sold in more than 60 countries
around the world and in order to better serve overseas customers,
the new site can handle multiple currencies, including dollar and
euro, in addition to sterling. Farrow & Ball’s new website is
also available in French, but there are currently no plans to add
more languages. Among the site’s other features are a range of
delivery options varying by region and product availability that
also varies by geographic location.
