Findel has appointed Phil Maudsley as its chief executive. Maudsley had previously been managing director of Findel’s Express Gifts business and his former position is taken up by Paul Kendrick who has held the deputy MD position until now. Ian Burke now moves to the position of non-executive chairman and the business has appointed group financial controller Stuart Caldwell as its acting chief financial officer whilst a replacement is sought for Tom Kowalski.
