Fits.me innovates to reduce returns

Virtual fitting room provider Fits.me has introduced two new
extensions to its online solution. It now enables retailers to skip the lengthy
process of acquiring and inputting measurements for hundreds of garments in multiple
sizes. Instead, retailers need to measure just a single size with the solution
computing the rest. In addition Fits.me has simplified its use for consumers
who can now choose to enter their age, weight and height rather than personal
measurements if they prefer. A unique algorithm will estimate body
measurements from this new data with “uncanny” accuracy. All very good news for
those hoping to reduce fit related returns. Clients deploying Fits.me virtual
fitting rooms include Austin Reed, Avenue 32, Crew Clothing, Hawes &
Curtis, Isabella Oliver, Musto, QVC and Superdry among others.
