Boohoo, the Manchester based online fast fashion business is amongst the retail businesses which have announced plans to float this year.
Boohoo has been likened to ASOS and recorded annual sales of £67 million in the year to February 2013. Others expected to come to market include Pets at Home, Poundland, House of Fraser and DFS.
