Frasers Group has made a planning application for a new global headquarters campus in Rugby. This will, it says, create some 7500 jobs in the region as well as provide local people with bookable leisure facilities including a gym, sports pitches and racket sport courts.
A spokesperson for the retail group explained; “We have worked closely with local partners to develop proposals for a global headquarters campus at Ansty. This would deliver a well-located, world-class platform to further bolster our elevation strategy, sector-leading ecosystem and growth ambitions. A planning application has now been submitted and we will continue to work with our partners through the planning process.”
