Givex, which operates cloud based data processing services including those for gift card processing requirements, has agreed to acquire the gift card business operated by Chasepaymentech. Givex which is headquartered in Toronto, and has data centres in seven countries and clients in 50 countries, will open an office in Dallas later this year to support Paymentech’s gift card client base.
