Glasses2You, the online spectacles retailer, has moved production
to a new laboratory to help speed up the time it takes to fulfil
customer orders. The move to a new supplier is another step
toward Glasses2You’s overall aim of making a next-day despatch
service available to all its customers worldwide.
The etailer also recently installed WebEx, a communications
solution that enables Glasses2You to share documents and
information more easily between departments and customers. Since
the company implemented the software and moved production to a
new lab, order input accuracy and stock control monitoring have
improved.
