Go Outdoors which has 57 UK stores generating sales of £202 million has enlisted KPMG to seek an investor for the business in order that it can progress its expansion plans. The business, led by CEO Chris Matthews, is currently backed by YFM Equity Partners and 3i, is currently opening five new megastores along the lines of the one it opened in Leeds in April, and is rolling out an in-store cycling department.
