HighJump Software, a US headquartered provider of supply chain management software has acquired Atlas Products International, a UK based provider of SaaS B2B EDI integration, secure data transfer and e-invoicing solutions.
Atlas has over 2,200 customers in the UK and Ireland using Atlas Exchange which is a secure document exchange providing “connect-once, access-all” network. securely linking retailers, manufacturers, suppliers and logistics services providers. Atlas also provides a SaaS-based supplier portal that synchronises te trading network’s product catalogues an streamlines the electronic invoice exchange and settlement between members of the network.
Speaking about the acquisition, HighJump Software CEO Michael Cornell said “This acquisition extends our global trading partner network, both functionally and geographically, and complements our existing HighJump B2Bi business which leads the market in Denmark and the Nordic region of Europe, and our TrueCommerce trading partner integration network in North America.”
