John Gill who has held the CEO role at HSS Hire Group since Autumn 2015 and who originally joined the business in 2009 is to step down from his role as soon as a replacement is recruited. The business has not been without its problems in recent years which had led to a change to its operating model. Chairman Alan Peterson said “As CEO from September 2015 he (John) has led the Company through a period of significant change. With this work now complete, the focus shifts to driving sales growth through the new network and the Board believes it is the right time to look outside the business for a new CEO who can lead this next phase of our recovery.”
