James Hart who was responsible for customer experience at ASOS over a 13 year period during which the fast fashion etailer evolved into the iconic global brand it is today has made an investment in Poq Studio and joined its advisory board. Hart commented “The possibilities for native apps to improve the customer experience, both on and off-line, are more exciting than ever.; but they have proven cost-prohibitive and too hard for most retailers to realise. Until now. The Poq platform removes both of these barriers and the team behind it is at the forefront of the evolution of app commerce. James joins Ivan Ramirez, former VP of Groupon and B2B SaaS entrepreneur in this investment round. Poq Studio is working with over 30 retailers including Missguided, Radley and Blue Inc.
