Chief executive of Jigsaw, Peter Ruis, as resigned his position following chief operation officer Richard Gilmore who left the business last month. Charles Atterton who is currently chairman of the fashion retailer will become executive chairman whilst the business completes negotiations to sell a stake. Founder John Robinson is a controlling shareholder, along with David Ross, and the business had hired KPMG last Autumn to find potential buyers for the business.
