Joules’ plans for a new HQ building have edged closer with the grant of planning permission to develop a 60,000 sq.ft. facility in Market Harborough. The development of Compass House, previously occupied by Travelsphere, will see about two thirds of the existing building retained and a new L shaped barn conversion styled building around a central courtyard. The site, just under 5 acres, will also have landscaped gardens and two shop fronts, with a cafe. The site works will commence early in 2019.
Tom Joule, founder and chief brand officer of Joules said: “Market Harborough us in Joules’ DNA and represents a very important ingredient in our brand’s heritage and unique personality.
