Burberry has made two senior appointments.
Giorgio Belloli has been recruited for the new role of chief digital, customer & innovation offer, joining from Farfetch where he was chief commercial & sustainability officer.
Delphine Sonder takes up the position of chief merchandising officer responsible for ready-to-wear and accessories along with product strategy. Sonder moves from St Laurent where she held the role of general merchandising director.
Both will report to Jonathan Akeroyd, CEO, Burberry who commented: “These appointments reinforce our ambitions for this next phase, building on our strong legacy of innovation and strengthening the alignment between our commercial offering and our new creative vision.”
