Majestic Wine has confirmed a five year multi-million-pound contract with itim Group for its Unify platform.
Ths SaaS solution supports a single view of customers, product and stock across all channels, spanning retail, B2B, DTC, EPOS, eCommerce, PIM, stock management, merchandising, pricing & promotions, customer order management, customer management, B2B customer accounts, website and business intelligence.
