Mamas & Papas has appointed Daniel Butters and Clare Boardman of Deloitte to supervise the CVA which forms part of its wider restructuring plans. The proposed CVA is intend to allow the group to revise lease terms with its landlords. Creditors are due to vote on the proposals on the 10th September 2014.
