M&S plagued with IT issues

Sky News reports that Marks & Spencer is facing a
headache at its new distribution site as it has been beset by IT problems since
opening in May. The piece says that the new 900,000 square foot warehouse at
Castle Donington in Leicestershire, which will be used to fulfil customers
online orders, has been hit by a range of IT glitches with some M&S trading
directors expressing concerns about allowing their stock to flow through the
new centre for fear of disrupting availability in stores.
