Customers tend to be up-market females with an average order value of £250. The
multi-channel retailer has recently received a top Ethical Company Index score
of 100, ahead of large high-street retailers such as John Lewis, Homebase and
B&Q.

offering inserts of up to 33,000 per month. Profile characteristics are 100%
buyers, typically aged 45+ years, 45% male; 55% female with an AOV of £35.
Inserts can be a maximum of A5 in size and up to 10g. Enquires are welcomed for
heavier pieces.

Alchemy Direct Media is marketing the Hotter file of 0-12
month buyers. Some 250,000 names are available and are said be among the most
responsive on the market with a 78 per cent test to roll-out ratio.
