Mirakl expands European partner programme and UK Team


Marketplace solutions provider Mirakl has announced that it is recruiting additional partners for its BLINK programme, a group of Mirakl eCommerce and marketplace solution providers that deliver support and consultancy to B2B and B2C clients implementing the Mirakl Marketplace Platform. With rapid growth in the UK market, Mirakl plans to triple its customer base over the coming year, adding new clients to its roster of leading UK retail businesses already using the Mirakl Marketplace Platform, which includes brands such as Conde Nast, Game and Halfords. To ensure customers continue receiving the highest levels of service and consultancy, and to support the growing BLINK partner programme, Mirakl is also further expanding its London office with the recruitment of pre-sales, sales and solution experts that will operate throughout the UK.

The UK has become Mirakl’s largest EMEA market outside France. Eric Chemouny, Senior Vice President for EMEA at Mirakl said, “UK companies are grasping the opportunity to ‘be’ their own marketplace, and free themselves of the limitations of other platforms. The UK is a strategic market to Mirakl and we have big plans for growth. The platform provides a secure online environment to host transactions between buyers and sellers of both products and services – both B2B and B2C organisations can increase their product range, expand geographically and introduce a profitable new sales channel. Organisations can use marketplaces to regain their price competitiveness, increase margins, as well as test and extend product ranges inventory and risk free. Ultimately this keeps customers excited about a brand and generates repeat business.
