Missguided USA has been ordered to pay Kim Kardashian West the sum of US $2.7 million following a lawsuit in which Kardashian West accused Missguided of copying her clothing and leveraging her image to market the garments. The Californian court has also extended a ban on Missguided using the Kardashian’s “trademarks in connection with the sale, marketing or distribution of its products.” Whilst Missguided USA did not defend itself, it is expected that it will challenge the ruling.
