Australian toy business Moose Toys has acquired Cornwall based Worlds Apart in order to extend its reach in Europe. CEO of Moose Toys Paul Solomon commented: “There is a strong values alignment between both companies and synergies in how we design and create. We are impressed with their commitment to developing high quality products that kids love.”
The new owner of the business confirmed that it was not proposing to alter the structure of Worlds Apart and that all jobs would be secure.
