Former John Lewis Customer Director, Craig Inglis, has joined The Entertainer as Group Chief Customer Officer.

Phil Hackney has left his role as COO at Matalan after three years at the retailer.

THG Ingenuity has appointed Gemma Spence as CEO from December. She will succeed John Gallemore, who will move to the role of Chairman.

Former Burberry exec Katie Morton is joining Dr. Martens as Global Customer Director in October. She left Burberry in early 2025 and has most recently been working as a consultant at Fortnum & Mason.

Flair Furniture has announced that from 1st October, founder Ashley Hainsworth will become Chairman, with Paul Atherton joining as CEO.

Adam Knappy has joined the Victorian Plumbing board as an independent Non-Executive Director. He is currently Chief Marketing & Customer Officer at digital entertainment platform DAZN.

Holland & Barratt has confirmed the appointment of Michelle Boothroyd as Chief People Officer.

Kim Scriven has joined MattressNextDay as Buying & Merchandising Manager.

Beaverbrooks has announced a raft of promotions for some of its longest-serving employees. Ben Reilly has been promoted to Operations Director; Jo Wilkinson to Digital & Brand Experience Director; and Simon Smith to People and Culture Director. The retailer also announced that Roger Fairhurst will step down as Brand Director at the end of this month.

Adrian Wilding has joined Portmeirion as interim Chief Financial Officer after Jonathan Hill stepped down due to a serious injury.

Molton Brown has appointed Laura Hogan, formerly with Estée Lauder, as its new CMO.
