N Brown Group Plc has announced that its chairman Andrew Higginson will be stepping down after five years in the role at the direct commerce retail business. The process to identify a replacement is underway and is being led by senior independent director Ron McMillan.
Andrew Higginson commented “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at N Brown, it has been a privilege to chair the company through a period of transformation to a digital business. I am stepping down in order to free up capacity to pursue opportunities within private equity in my portfolio, but I look forward to following the progress of the company in the coming years and wish the business every success.”
