Next has contracted to take a former Sainsbury’s supermarket site within Intu Merry Hill. The store is being converted into Next’s second largest store and will take up over 75,000 sq.ft.. Featuring its full homewares offering, a coffee shop and Lipsy, it is scheduled to open in Spring 2018. Other retailers taking up new space at the shopping centre include River Island and Topshop which are expanding their existing stores.
