Oasis and Warehouse is to appoint Deloitte as its administrator. As previously reported, the fashion retail business’ owner Kaupthing had been seeking a buyer but with its business entirely disrupted by mandatory Covid-19 closure of its 90 or so stores, a deal could not be struck. This it says has made administration the only remaining option but that talks with prospective buyers will continue.
