Hans-Otto Schrader has been named Michael Otto’s
successor as chief executive of the Otto Group. Dr. Otto will
step down from the executive board on 30th September 2007 and
will join the supervisory board where he will take over as
chairman. Dr. Rainer Hillebrand will become deputy
chairman and will take responsibility for the group’s mail order
business in Germany.
