Seasalt is having a moment. With 56 per cent of sales coming from digital channels and a healthy future in international and domestic markets, the brand has become one of the biggest success stories of British retail in recent years – and sales are expected to hit £100m by the end of January 2022. Not bad for a business that started life selling workwear to local farmers and fishermen.

In this episode of the Industry Leaders Podcast, Sorcha O’Boyle caught up with Seasalt CEO Paul Hayes to learn more about how he positioned the brand for growth, why they avoid discounting and what lies in store for Seasalt in the future.
