Pret A Manger which has installed high throughput espresso machines in its top-performing shops is now looking to roll out the custom-built machines to other sites. The machines can each deliver up to 600 cups of espresso per day, helping to meet demand from Pret’s coffee subscription programme which gives subscribers five coffees, smoothies, frappes or teas per day for £20 per month.
