QVC has promoted Ken O’Brien to the position of SVP merchandising. Based in West Chester, PA, he will continue to report to Doug Howe, EVP of merchandising & planning of QVC USA. O’Brien joined QVC in 2000 and has risen through the ranks, acquiring new brands including Dyson, Keurig and Vitamix.
