Seasalt confirms senior appointments

Seasalt has confirmed two senior appointments.

Mel Wilcox joins as chief information officer from Specsavers and will report to CEO Paul Hayes.

Wilcox, who also joins Seasalt’s management board, previously spent five years managing global tech and data with Specsavers and has also held senior roles with Tesco, Ann Summers and First Choice Holidays.

Also joining the business is Duncan Tennent as director of strategic partnerships. Tennent will lead Seasalt’s growing UK and international third-party B2B and B2C sale efforts and commercial operations, managing key partnerships with department stores, online marketplaces and distribution channels. He joins from Monsoon Accessorize where he spent six years as head of international. Prior to this, he was regional manager for Marks & Spencer overseeing its Middle East and Asian business.
