Shop Direct has confirmed that Ben Fletcher will become its group financial officer effective 6th January 2020. Interim incumbent Dominic Appleton will remain with the business as its finance director. Fletcher was most recently European president at Clarks and has also served as managing director of Boots Opticians and finance director for Boots UK & Ireland.

He’ll play a vital part as we invest to be the number one destination for shoppers who value a combination of leading brands and flexible ways to pay.”
