Sienne Veit who was head of mobile at Morrisons until a year ago, and had previously spent five years at Marks and Spencer, has joined John Lewis in the new role of Director, Online Product. In this new post, Veit will report to online director Mark Lewis and take the lead in developing the group’s online customer experience for all devices. Mark Lewis commented on the appointment “with a deep passion for customer experience many many years working in the digital retail space, Sienne is ideally placed to lead the next stage of our own online and multichannel growth and ensure customer experience across our website, mobile, tablet and other devices is marketing leading.”
