David Ross who owns Ballyclare and Simon Jersey has acquired the European subsidiaries of Logistick Unicorp Inc.. Now trading as Uniform Brands Trading Limited, this new acquisition complements Ballyclare and Simon Jersey which are both suppliers of corporate and workwear and creates a group with sales of over £50 million. The UBTL business will continue to trade separately. Ross made his name with the development of Carphone Warehouse.
