Sussex based cookware retailer Steamer Trading has acquired the Divertimenti business which comprises a store in Knightsbridge, a cookery school, an online operation and a Worcester based distribution centre. Under the terms of the deal all 21 of Divertimenti’s staff will transfer to Steamer Trading which operates 37 UK stores and was founded in 1985.
