Buckinghamshire-based toys retailer The Entertainer is gearing up
for expansion with several senior appointments to its operational
management board. The company, which operates TheToyShop.com and
GadgetShop.com, has promoted company analyst Duncan Grant
(pictured) to director of multichannel with responsibility for
overseeing the planned growth of the websites. Sue Dorkin
joins from Early Learning Centre (ELC) as director of supply
chain. Also joining from ELC is John Goddard as director
of property. Goddard is tasked with identifying appropriate
retail locations and will work closely with the business’s
property agents. Stuart Grant was promoted to director of
buying with responsibility for sourcing product for both company
websites.
