Manchester based retailer, The Fragrance Shop, has posted sales of £121 million for the year to end March 2018, representing a six per cent like-for-line increase. It had opened 33 new stores as well as generating a 27 per cent increase in eCommerce sales. New customer propositions like its scentaddict subscription service which enable customers to try new fragrances have proved popular.
CEO Sanjay Vadera commented: “The customer is at the heart of everything we do and we are always evolving our customer strategy to ensure we continue to delight and exceed their expectations in the retail landscape.”
