Toys R Us is to undertake a year-long trial with WH Smith from January 2023. This presence in the physical retail space will complement the toy specialist’s online return to the UK market. It is understood that the branded ‘concessions’ will initially serve as browsing, ordering and click & collect points.
If the trial proves to be successful it is expected it will expand and continue for an initial five-year term.
