The Very Group has appointed Charlotte Heiss as its group general counsel and company secretary, joining the business in May 2022 and reporting to group CEO Henry Birch.

Meanwhile operations director Sean Hallows is promoted to the role of chief operating officer, succeeding Phil Hackney who steps down in April.
