The White Company has embarked on a search for suitable locations for stores in the USA. It plans to open a Manhattan store this year with the goal of reinforcing its catalogue and online presence which it launched in the US last March. CEO Will Kernan has been reported as saying that there is potential for The White Company to match its UK sales in the US market. The multichannel retailer currently has 48 UK stores to which it will add a further four this year.
