The Very Group will welcome former team member Paul Hornby back to its business in the role of digital customer experience director effective January 2021. Mr Hornby had originally joined Shop Direct in 2006 and had held a number of roles including those of head of eCommerce and head of digital transformation, leaving in 2018 to take up the eCommerce director role at Matalan.
