Photobox Group which operates brands including Moonpig, Sticky9, and Papershaker has appointed Douglas McCallum as non-executive chairman. Formerly SVP and general manager for eBay Europe, McCallum is chairman of trainline.com and a non-executive director of Ocado. Hein Pretorius also joins the board as non-executive director and was formerly head of Naspers Europe.
