Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired John Brown Media, a leading branded content agency which has its origins in customer magazine and catalogue creation. Established in 1987 and with 225 staff, John Brown Media is headquartered in London and also has offices in S Africa, Hong Kong and Dubai. Following the acquisition John Brown Media will retain its brand identity with Andrew Hirsch, its CEO, reporting to Tracy de Groose, Dentsu Aegis Network CEO for the UK & Ireland.
