Multichannel retailer Charles Tyrwhitt has posted sales of £173 million for the year to August 1st 2016, up from the £145 million achieved in the previous financial year. Founder Nick Wheeler who established the business as a limited liability partnership and his fellow shareholders share the £18.6 million profit with Wheeler taking £16 million. He attributed the increase in sales to improving performance from the online business and retail stores.
