Smith takes Screwfix marketing director role

Screwfix has promoted Graham Smith to the role of marketing director, replacing John Mewett who has become group digital director at Kingfisher, whilst retaining a board position at Screwfix.  Smith will take responsibility for marketing across the Screwfix business which he originally joined in 2009 as director of retail marketing.

Andrew Livingston, chief executive of Screwfix commented “Graham has a deep knowledge of Screwfix and broad commercial experience from his time with the business and, prior to that, through senior commercial roles at leading UK retailers. I’m delighted to announce an internal appointment to this role and believe Graham will continue to play a significant part in our future success.”
