Norwich based Angling Direct has acquired competitor Fosters Fishing forba consideration of £3 million. Fosters provides Angling Direct with a 17,000 sq.ft. superstore in Birmingham which generated sales of £5.9 million for the year to 31st March 2017. Angling Direct operates an extensive chain of stores and operates a successful online division.
